I should have posted before, but the VW bus was painted a little while back. It looks much better in green and white than it did in bright red! The interior still needs some cleaning, but I enjoy doing the interior work so I will probably have that taken care soon enough.
The next car in line for a paint-job is my 1970 Maverick Grabber! Last winter, I removed the whole interior and replaced, patched, and protected every surface. Once I do the same on the outside I might be able to call this project car done! I plan to repaint it in the same color, or as close to the same color as possible. Something about that “Grabber Orange” looks incredibly cool to me. Others have pointed out it looks a bit like the color of a school bus but who says school buses aren’t cool?!
